The rhythm of Decontructing Harry shows that both characters are disagreeing with eachother yet due to the effects used such as close ups and short pans, you can feel the warmth and inmediacy between them. An eyeline match is when the first shot shows a person looking at something and the second shot shows what they are looking at and from their angle. A graphic match is when a scene transitions from one object/colour/shape to another.

Continuity editing is using cutting to create a continious and clear narrative action. It is used to help everything flow consistantly, orderly and smoothly.
